Conpac Trading has been supplying packaging products for well over 20 years, both in New Zealand & overseas. They are experts in their fields with a wealth of product knowledge.

Conpac has over 5000 stock lines and the key to their success is the ability to manufacture custom made product.  Conpac are also a major importer, with direct mill access to industrial grade papers & boards in Asia, Australia & Europe.

Requirements

Conpac needed a new advanced e-Commerce website which integrated to their ERP account system which is Advanced Business Manager (ABM).

• Full ABM ERP integration including all product information, customer account information and order information
• Complex on-account pricing
• Special promotional pricing
• Order on behalf functionality for sales reps and support staff

Delivery

The new Conpac website went live in October 2023 and has allowed Conpac to take their online operations to the next level and provide their customers with the ability to:

• Log in using their business credentials and manage their orders
• Browse products and purchase through a highly streamlined checkout process
• Replace time-consuming manual processes, enabling Conpac staff to concentrate on more productive aspects of the business
